Typhoons - U16 (YR11)

The Taunton Typhoons (Year 11, Under 16s) are part of the Youth Section at Taunton RFC. 

We are happy to invite new players (boys only) to join us for a fun packed programme in a safe, controlled and friendly environment.  All our coaches are RFU Level 2 qualified and have regular training in safeguarding, 1st Aid and all other relevant qualifications.. No experience is needed, just a happy, sporty attitude; our team motto is,"Have Fun and Don't Eat Mud".  In addition to learning, training and participating in the great game we have regular home and away fixtures, fun days out, an annual Awards Dinner and an annual tour.  This is much more than just a "kids club" and our aim is to give players a framework to learn integrity, respect, teamwork, discipline and make friends for life as well as involving the families in fun events to support the squad.
