Sixteen clubs from around Devon and Somerset provided 25 teams who lined up for the annual Taunton U-9 festival.

After many weeks of dull and dreary weather, the sun shone on all the kids resulting in some fantastic play.

Sidmouth RFC were the winner of the TREDS trophy which was presented by Exeter Chiefs captain Jack Yeandle.

Jack stayed to sign anything from medals to boots and water bottles ensuring a great finish to a fine day.
