On Sunday 5th October 2025, we’re hosting the first ever RFU Ready2Ref course in the South West – right here in Taunton!

We’re constantly on the lookout for referees in our Youth Age Groups, especially now our U15, U16 & Colts sides are in leagues. This course is the perfect starting point for anyone who wants to pick up the whistle and get involved.

So far, we’ve got people travelling from as far afield as Launceston and even Bexley – but we’d love to see more faces from our own Taunton RFC family step forward!

Whether you’re a coach, player, parent, or supporter – if you’ve ever thought about giving refereeing a go, now’s the time. You’ll get the skills, confidence, and support to help out on matchdays and keep our games running smoothly.
