The Taunton Titans return to Summerfield Stadium this Saturday as they host Syston in National League 2 West — the first-ever league meeting between the two clubs. With both teams looking to build on significant moments from their last outings, this weekend promises to deliver another compelling contest.

Taunton come into the game sitting 8th in the table on 32 points, eager to bounce back after a narrow 39–33 defeat away to Lymm. Despite the result, the Titans once again demonstrated their attacking potential and determination, staying in the fight right until the final whistle. With the mid-table pack extremely tight, a home win would keep the pressure firmly on the sides above.

Syston arrive at the bottom of the table but with renewed belief following their first win of the season, a 34–28 victory over Hornets. Breaking their winless run will have injected confidence into the squad, and they will travel to Somerset knowing they have nothing to lose.

For the Titans, the focus will be on taking control early, maintaining discipline, and making the most of home advantage at Summerfield Stadium. Supporters have been superb all season, and the team will be hungry to deliver a big performance on familiar ground.

This weekend’s match is proudly sponsored by Summerfield, whose continued backing is hugely appreciated by everyone at the club.

Warriors on the Road

The Taunton Warriors are also in action this weekend as they travel away to face Nailsea & Backwell. Another valuable opportunity for the squad to keep building continuity and momentum in their campaign.

A great weekend of rugby awaits — let’s get behind both teams.
