With plenty at stake and even more to celebrate, the stage is set for a memorable afternoon at the club.
The Titans will be looking to finish their home campaign on a high in front of what is expected to be a large and lively crowd. Having enjoyed a strong season and competing at the top end of the table, Taunton will be eager to deliver a performance that reflects their progress and rewards the support shown throughout the year.
Old Reds arrive as the visitors for this final home fixture and will no doubt provide a competitive challenge. At this stage of the season, every side is looking to end their campaign strongly, and the Titans will need to be at their best to secure a positive result.
Off the field, there is just as much to look forward to. The club is delighted to have a sold-out pre-match lunch, highlighting the fantastic support around the Titans and the appetite for what promises to be a special day at Summerfield Stadium.
We are also proud to welcome Coleman Plumbing and Heating as match sponsor for the fixture, and we thank them for their valued support of Taunton Rugby Club.
In addition, there will be a fantastic opportunity for supporters to get involved off the pitch, with a signed and framed shirt from Finn Russell, following the most recent tour to Australia, available. Bids will be taken on the day howeer are welcomed ahead of the pre-match lunch, simply get in touch and drop us your bid!
Following the final whistle, the celebrations will continue with presentations taking place after the game, recognising the efforts and achievements across the club this season. The day will then carry on into the evening with live music from Goodnight Lois, ensuring a great atmosphere to round off the campaign in style.
It will also be fantastic to see the next generation of players at the club in attendance, with our junior section invited down for the day. As part of this, parents of junior players will receive free entry, making it a brilliant opportunity for families to come together and be part of the occasion.
Elsewhere, Taunton Warriors are also in action on the road this weekend as they travel to face Dings. The Warriors will be aiming to put in a strong performance away from home as they continue their development and represent the club.
With so much happening both on and off the pitch, this weekend is shaping up to be a true celebration of Taunton Rugby Club. We encourage all supporters to come down, get behind the Titans, and help create a great atmosphere for the final home game of the season.
