Future Stars Shine as Young Guns Step Up to Men's Rugby

Taunton Rugby Club is proud to celebrate the outstanding performances of our emerging talent who made the step up to men’s rugby this past weekend. These young players, many of whom have been part of our Colts setup over the last two years, showcased not only their skill and determination but also their deep commitment to the TRFC badge.

Making the transition from Colts to senior rugby is no small feat, but our young guns rose to the challenge with confidence, maturity, and tenacity beyond their years. Each of them put in a huge shift on the pitch, making valuable contributions and proving they belong at this level.

This weekend was more than just a game—it was a clear statement about the strength of our player development pathway and the bright future of Taunton Rugby Club. To see our homegrown talent progressing through the ranks and making an impact is a testament to the dedication of our coaching staff, the support of our community, and the hard work of the players themselves.
