The Taunton Titans return to Summerfield Stadium this Saturday for a significant afternoon of rugby, as they host league leaders Camborne in National League 2 West (kick-off 15:00).
This weekend also marks the club’s Armed Forces Day, and we will hold a short remembrance service prior to kick-off. We invite all supporters to join us in taking a moment to honour and reflect on the service and sacrifice of those who have served, and those who continue to serve, in our armed forces.
On the pitch, Camborne arrive unbeaten and sitting top of the table, having started the season in impressive form. Their organisation, physicality, and accuracy have seen them set the standard across the division.
The Titans, currently 8th, will be looking to build on the positive strides shown in recent weeks. Performances at Summerfield Stadium have been full of intensity and character, and the squad will be aiming to bring that same energy into this weekend’s challenge. Discipline, set-piece control, and taking key opportunities will all be crucial in what promises to be a highly competitive contest.
We are delighted to have JMT Plastering as our match sponsors for this fixture and thank them for their continued support of Taunton Rugby.
There is still space available for pre-match lunch, and we welcome both individuals and groups to join us before the game.
To reserve your place, please contact the club office on 01823 336363.
With a meaningful occasion off the field and a strong test on it, Saturday promises to be a memorable day at Summerfield Stadium.
