It is with great sadness the club hears of Jack Crellins passing.

It is with great sadness that we learn of the death of former player and committee member Jack Crellin aged 87.

Jack played during 50’sand 60’s and spent many years on the Taunton management committee taking up various posts including Membership Secretary and House & Grounds Committee.

The funeral will take place at Taunton Deane Crematorium on Thursday 16th May at 10.00 and daughter Janet states that the family would be very grateful if we could spread the word amongst any former members who may remember Dad from his playing days and many years as Membership Secretary as he loved Taunton rugby club and made many friends there

Jack was a mentor to me (Richard Walford) in my early days on the committee at Taunton and I am sure he will be missed by all who knew him, our condolences go out to his extended family and friends.
